Shipping policy

Production & Processing
• All items are printed to order. Typical production time is 2–5 business days (may be longer during holidays or peak seasons).
• You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Transit Times (U.S.)
• Standard: 3–8 business days after production.
• Priority/Expedited (if offered): 2–4 business days after production.
• Transit estimates exclude production time and are not guaranteed by carriers.

Shipping Rates
• Calculated at checkout based on destination, item type, and weight.
• Multiple items may ship in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package:
  – Check with household members and neighbors.
  – Look for delivery notices or alternate drop locations.
  – Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  – If still unresolved, email shop@themainery.com so we can assist.

Lost/Damaged in Transit
• For damage: email shop@themainery.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• For lost shipments (no movement for 10+ days domestic): contact us and we’ll open a support ticket with the carrier/fulfillment partner.

Wrong/Incomplete Address
• Verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be re-shipped once new postage is paid.

Order Changes & Cancellations
• Because items enter production quickly, requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase.
• After production begins, we can’t modify or cancel the order.

International Orders (if enabled)
• Delivery times vary by destination.
• Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
• We cannot mark orders as “gift” or under-declare value.

Holiday & Peak Season Note
• Production and carrier networks experience seasonal delays. Order early to allow extra time.
